English language courses are offered for beginner to advanced level students. Teachers are qualified and experienced English speakers, and each lesson will be customised to suit your individual needs, enabling you to progress much more quickly than in the traditional classroom environment in Linköping.

Language is always an important key to a culture and can be crucial when looking for jobs. This is why we offer Swedish language courses for all international students, both degree seeking students and exchange students. The courses are free for everyone. They range from beginners to intermediate and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. These courses are developed to assist beneficiaries to improve their language skills before they travel to their country of destination. Students are required to undertake a language assessment and need to have been selected by their sending institutions before they use the tool. Happy language learning!

Courses are available for a large range of majors. Find a list of courses in English on Linköping's website. Computer Science, Environmental Science, and International Studies majors are encouraged to consider Linköping. International students whose first language is not English need to provide some proof of English proficiency, either TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge, or Pearson Test. If you consider an undergraduate programme, you are required documented knowledge of Swedish, both written and oral, and the TISUS test is the only one accepted for university studies. The Italian courses in Linköping are a fast and enjoyable way to learn your new language, however we don't have available course now but we can show you nearby schools. Our selection of Italian language courses near Linköping give excellent results as well as ensuring that each student has an enjoyable learning experience.
